Can I get into a college with an Adult Education diploma?
I'm credit deficient in my senior year of High School, and might be taking Adult Ed to actually graduate. My question is, when I get the Adult Ed Diploma, will colleges recognize it? I plan on going to CSN (College of Southern Nevada) after I graduate, and then maybe transferring to a 4 year school if my AED will be recognized by a college such as UNLV, UNR, etc... No, it's not a GED.

You mean a GED? Yes, you can.

Once you've taken courses at a college like CSN, universities will be looking at your college transcripts. Your HS record won't even be requested by a lot of them. Others that do request will weigh the work you did in college more heavily. In other words, getting an adult diploma won't keep you from transferring into a university.

yes, you can there is nothing wrong in it and to be scared of that people might will make a fun of yours doing a diploma in the adult education .. just go and take admission
