You have a number of choices - and it is highly unlikely that they would require you to repeat any courses if your LPN courses were satisfactorily completed at accredited institutions. Here are the community colleges with an RN program: College of Southern Nevada Las Vegas, NV Great Basin College Elko, NV Nevada State College Henderson, NV Truckee Meadows Community College Reno, NV Western Nevada College Carson City, NV Good luck in this - it is a valuable and honored profession.

I am a Miami native, but I see myself moving to Nevada either for college or after. Can someone please tell me the difference in the cost of living and where I am better off at?

Answer 1 :
Any major is fine as long as you take the pre-vet classes. However, that school might not offer them (it's not the same as a vet tech program) so you need to find out. After college, you'd apply to vet school, which is another 4 years. However, vet programs are the hardest professional program to get into - even harder than med school.
