Answer 1 :
Such programs aren't usually part of the curriculum at a four-year college. You'd need to look at a community college or an occupational/vocational program. Do a search on "fashion merchandising training, Nevada" [state names are capitalized] and you should find some leads.

is going to an art institute private college worth it

is going to an art institute private college worth it?
I just started enrolling in a private college 9-10-10. Do you know what it's like after 3 years of college getting my degree? I live in las vegas nevada and I don't know what to expect after enrolling.

Answer 1 :
It is not worth it. How many of its graduates earn enough as artists to make the tuition fee and money spent on living expenses worthwhile? If there is time to get your money back, do so right away.
Answer 2 :
Art institutes are never worth it, you will never make enough money with a "degree" from a place like that to be able to pay your bills let alone paying back your loans. The people I know that have gone to very respected art schools ended up still living with their parents and working a dead-end retail job.

Answer 1 :
UC Berkeley, San Diego, Irvine, pretty much anyone. The California State University schools are good too. If you plan on going to graduate school, it doesn't really matter where you went for undergrad.
Answer 2 :
Do you mean physiology or psychology?
Answer 3 :
Most universities and colleges in California have a great reputation. In regards to which one has the best reputation for their psychology programs, that's a difficult questions as it is really down to personal preference. I would recommend looking at the universities and colleges that offer psychology majors and read what students have to say about their school in order to help you make your decision. Here's a good place to get started:

How to start a non-profit organization in Nevada

How to start a non-profit organization in Nevada?
I am a college tutor and a senior university student. Some friends and I want to start a group to go and teach for free under privileged kids or any other kids who are struggling at school. I have already talked to our local library and they are willing to provide the rooms for our sessions but I was wondering, are there any legal paper work that need to be done or something in order for us to become an actual non-profit organization? Oh by the way we live in Las Vegas, Nevada so please keep that in mind.

Answer 1 :
You could incorporate as a not-for-profit organization in Nevada. That will only mean you don't need to pay state taxes as a corporation and it may mean that you need to do a ton of paperwork. Why do you want to make an organization? Can you make it under the aegis of the university? That would give it legitimacy without going through lots of hoops.
Answer 2 :
NFP - create a corporation (with all the attendant paperwork). Then, seek a dispensation from the IRS to be declared a 501c3. Wait 10 years for the IRS to respond.
Answer 3 :
First you have to form a corporation in Nevada. Then you have to get tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. go to www.irs.gov click "charities and nonprofits" There's tons of info there.
