Sierra Nevada College

Sierra Nevada College?
if anyone attends this college now, can you give me some info such as do you like it? is it a nice school? How are the classes ? Do a lot of people attend? what ethnicity is the majority? lot of europeans or just local tahoe people? Thanks soooo much!!!

It has only 405 students and 75% of them are non-Hispanic Caucasians. The photos of the campus are lovely. It is selective (55%) in admission, but the average SAT scores and GPAs are on the low side for a college which is this selective. About 71% of the students come from states outside Nevada.

It is A LOT cheaper than San Francisco! As long as you were able to control yourself with all the extreme temptation and focus on school you would be fine.
Answer 2 :
Las Vegas is a commercial hotspot so it's going to be quite expensive. Try Reno if you want to stick to Nevada or go across the border to CA.

What community colleges in Nevada are near Henderson?
i think all college schools in henderson are private schools which are too expensive that's why i'm looking for a community college schools. hm...30-45 min. are okay. thanks in advance.

The Henderson State College is public but only for teachers and nursing majors. There are NO private colleges in Vegas or Henderson College of Southern Nevada (formerly Community College) is public and has two locations, one on West Charleston and another in North Las Vegas
