I want to transfer to Nevada State College but

I want to transfer to Nevada State College but?
i got sick at my current college (a california state university) and was disqualified but i still attend classes at the college through a "college of extended learning" which lets you attend classes with the same students to get back your grades to reapply. i noticed on college said you must be in good standing with your college to transfer but i'm wondering if it's the same with every college (nevada state college)

SF: A few relevant excerpts from the NSC website: "All new students are required to furnish satisfactory evidence of good moral character as evidenced by a certificate of graduation or of honorable dismissal from the school last attended." The Office of Admissions and Orientation is responsible for the verification of documents and credentials submitted for the purpose of admittance into the college. If it is determined that a student has sought admission on the basis of incomplete or fraudulent credentials or misrepresentations in the written application for admission, the student will be notified in writing of the Directors intention to take action as listed below." "Students transferring from a regionally accredited college or university must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale, and have completed a minimum of 12 transferable credits. Nevada State College requires that all transcripts from all institution(s) attended must be submitted with the application for admission. If a student has completed less than 12 transferable credits, the student will be required to submit official high school transcripts to be considered for admission." The way I read that, you can apply to NSC as a "new" freshman, using your high school transcripts to apply. You won't be eligible to transfer any credits you may have already earned. Despite the fact that you are a "new" freshman, you will still need to submit your academic record from the CSU school, because "Nevada State College requires that all transcripts from all institution(s) attended must be submitted with the application for admission."
