I live in new jersey right now.If I moved to Nevada into an apt then signed up for college,am i a resident?
I live in new jersey right now. If I moved to Nevada into an apt then signed up for college, would i be paying the resident tuition or the non-resident tuition?? How does someone become a resident?

Go to the schools website. They should have residency requirements listed there.
