Hello, my mother has been attending the University of Phoenix online (Axia College) for one year. We have suspected for some time that they are mismanaging her money.Or rather--taking it. I told her to ask for a breakdown of where all of her grant money is going. Still, she says its like they take half of it. And every time she gets more grant money they "up" their fees. We live in las vegas, nevada and she is currently in the Criminal Justice degree program. I know CSN offers the degree as well. A friend of hers also enrolled called to speak with his financial advisor who--like the one before him who was a complete jerk--told him that they signed a form and gave consent for them to disburse their money a certain way. Still, even he said it wasn't adding up. The people there are impossible to talk to. The old financial advisor would dodge phone calls and suddenly was just gone and replaced. Its disgusting. I don't think she has any interest in speaking with any of those people. They are so helpful when they want you to enroll but then its like they completely change. There are so many bad reports about them. I would not recommend this school to anyone. I was curious for mom if anyone had ever transferred credits from University of Phoenix to CSN. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Answer 1 :
Some colleges will take University of Phoenix credits, while others will not. Your best bet would be to contact the Admissions office at CSN and ask someone there.
