ok, i heard about a compromise or something among those four states that if you are from one of those four states and you are going to a public school in another state, you pay no-resident tuition for the first year, and then you can pay the in-state tuition starting the second year. is there anybody know anything about it? I heard it from two different people. One is one of my teachers in my high school, but I don't remember who it is. The other one is my dad's colleague. anybody knows about it?? THANK YOU
