I'm from Pennsylvania and this summer, I'm moving to Nevada where my boyfriend recently moved to last year, and attend college and work out there. I found a great job that I would be qualified for, but it's full time, 12 hour shifts. Would I be able to work a full time job and do part time college, vise versa, or do part time of both? Help!

12 hour shifts? Does that mean that you work only 4 days per week or something? What I'd suggest is that you move there, and start the job. Do that for a term, and don't go to school quite yet. Get settled in, get used to the pace and demands of the job. You can also use that time to find out of the job offers tuition reimbursement as one of its benefits, and what the rules are re: that. And in fact, if you can wait a year before you start school, by then you'll be considered a Nevada resident, so you'd get the lower, in-state rate on any public college in Nevada. That may be worth doing.
